This website has been a public case study and in doing so it saw i larger traffic amount last year as i was promoting it on Youtube.
The site reached 80k-90k page views in a month. Which I do feel was partly down to youtube viewers.
The site is now steady and the true visitors are starting to settle down and be consistent at around 50’000 a month and growing.
All gardening websites are seasonal, so the peaks and lows in GSC are due to that. The site has not been hot by Google or anything like that.
Through April to Aug, you’ll see the best traffic and revenue and through winter months without writing winter content ( which I haven’t ) you’ll see a 50-60% drop.
It’s the nature of the niche.
I want everyone to be aware of that and have total transparency. So, you know what you are buying!
The domain is over 16 years old and has good authority in the niche and plenty of good backlinks
DA is 29 and Page Authority for the home page is 40
I have reported the figures each month that this site makes and what i have spent on the site which is over $25000 to date which covers the 989 articles.
All of which apart from 15 are human-written. The 15 that I used AI to test have been edited and altered to make them rank and look like a human-written pieces of content.
The site has no social media channels apart from a YouTube channel that has 2 videos on.
Huge potential here as one of those videos has 78000 views and 444 like.
That’s the best video I have ever had in terms of views on a new channel.
So, the new owner can have that if I can transfer it somehow?

The site has made over $13000 on Ezoic since 2021 and $3000 on Amazon
I’ll be honest, I haven’t gone after monetization yet on the site.
The owner could use all these methods to create extra income:
- Build an email list
- Find better affiliate products
- Write more sale and product-focused content
- Youtube
- PDF’s, e-books, kindle, and gardening courses
- White label your own products, gardening gloves, plant pots etc
- Social media
- Live streams
So, it currently makes around $550-700 on Ezoic through the summer months ( Now ) and apx $300-$550 from Amazon. Winter months are more like $300 Ezoic and $150 Amazon
But, as I say. I have not focused on Products and Amazon yet.

The site is being sold at a very realistic price considering what I have spent on it.
I have a spreadsheet with most of the keywords and articles publish on ( but not all ) I did get lazy updating that list.
I recently saw Jon Dykstra sell his site for 42 multiple đ±
I basically want my money back for the site, and the new owner can take over and really grow the site.
With 989 articles on the site and the room for improving them and monetizing in different ways. I can see this website making over $1500-2000 a month easy.
